Turn the ignition switch to LOCK mode. Remove the engine control module (ECM) connector. Turn On the ignition switch. Measure the current in low speed relay control circuit, at terminal 10 to ground for 2 minutes using a digital voltmeter (DVM). Note: Here the value is 0.75 amps.
